Fall Prevention

Our Fall Prevention programmes are run once a week during school terms and spaces are limited to 10 per group.

Upright & Moving Programme

Upright and Moving Programme is also ideal for people needing to increase their strength in a gentle fun way. In this class we use Chairs, Bands and Body weight to increase resistance.

Tai Chi for Health

Tai Chi for Health Classes are for people with Arthritis, Chronic Illness or anyone wanting gentle exercise to improve their Strength, Balance, Breathing and Mobility.

These classes run for 45 minutes in a fun and friendly enviroment, lots of options are given so you work to the appropriate level and intensity.
